Instant Instructor is a unique instructional product because of the fluid combination of strengthening your mind/body connection, through breathing and body awareness exercises, intertwined with balanced seat riding.  The two CD set has two hours of instruction broken up into four sections.  The beginning of each section has a motivational/inspirational track to help guide the rider into the relaxed, present state of mind needed to communicate harmoniously with their horse.   Instant Instructor is applicable to both English and western riding and covers your basic balanced position, riding the walk, trot and canter, transitions and turns, spirals and serpentines.

Instant Instructor is perfect for riders who work mostly on their own trying to improve their riding.  It is ideal for beginner/intermediate level riders who may not be able to afford a weekly lesson.  Instant Instructor can be listened to in the car on the way to the barn or even in a rider’s portable disc-man while riding and working with their horse.

You can return the CD set within thirty (30) days with a receipt (printed email copy of your order form) to get a full refund as long as the CDs and CD cover are in perfect condition with no scratches or broken parts.

It has a wonderful fitted silhouette, reaches down past your waist line with trim around the arm and neck areas.  The professional embroidering in dark blue has the logo in the middle of the chest and the Holistic Horseman in small lettering on the top back.  The Tank Top only comes in light blue so all you have to do is pick a size: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large.
